Garden Maintenance Calendar 2015

It's easy! Every Saturday at 8:30 AM

Please join the Garden Maintenance Committee crew for volunteer work maintaining the Durango Botanical Society’s Library Demonstration Garden. This beautiful and educational garden is maintained solely by volunteers. As a volunteer you will learn more about gardening and plants that are suitable and appropriate for our area. You can relax and reduce stress by being in a quiet, peaceful environment. We will work in the garden every Saturday morning starting in April.  Presentations on new plantings in the garden will take place in May and June. This is an exciting test garden and our work is very important to our community. Please join us on any of the dates below. You can set your own schedule for of these dates.

Bring your work gloves, favorite tools, hat, sunglasses and water a bag/bucket for trimmings. Set your own time schedule, most volunteers will work an hour to an hour and a half.  Come enjoy and learn!

“The Durango Botanical Society is committed to

the design and development of  public gardens throughout
